Infusion & Syrup Kits

🔥 Hot Steep Method (Quick + Bold Flavour)

Best for: when you want it now and love a rich, concentrated infusion. Great for Cocktail or Beverage Syrups! ⭐️

Instructions:

  1. Open your infusion jar and remove the sugar packet.
  2. Empty the jar contents (fruits, herbs, spices) into a saucepan.
  3. Using the empty jar as a measure tool fill with water and add to saucepan.
  4. Bring to a boil for 5 minutes, then reduce to a gentle simmer.
  5. Simmer for an additional 5–10 minutes to deepen flavour.
  6. Strain out solids, keeping the infused liquid.
  7. Return liquid to the saucepan on low heat.
  8. Add the sugar packet gradually, tasting as you go—make it yours (less or more, no rules here).
  9. Remove from heat and let cool completely.
  10. Pour back into your Boots & Banter jar or any food-safe container.


Serve it your way: over ice, with soda, or paired with your favourite spirit.


❄️ Cold Steep Method (Slow + Smooth Infusion)

Best for: easy prep + smoother, more subtle flavour.

Instructions:

  1. Open your infusion jar and remove the sugar packet.
  2. Pour in your liquid of choice:
    • Water
    • Soda
    • Or your favourite spirit

  1. Add the sugar packet back into the jar.
  2. Seal tightly and place in the fridge for 2–3 days.
  3. Once infused, strain out solids, keeping the liquid.


That’s it—you're ready to pour and enjoy.

1oz Raspberry Mule Syrup - Boots and Banter

1/2 oz Unsweetened Cranberry Juice

1/2 oz Vodka or Choice Spirit- omit for Non Alcoholic Option

1/4 oz Fresh Lemon Juice

2-3 oz Club Soda

Mint 


In a cocktail shaker, add all ingredients but Club Soda

Fill the shaker about halfway with ice.

Shake vigorously for 20-30 seconds until the mixture is well chilled and slightly frothy.

Using a strainer, pour the contents of your shaker into your glass.

Top with Club Soda & Fresh Mint

1oz Coffee Concentrate - Noa Non Alc.

1oz Coffee - your choice

½ oz White Cane Rum - Alt Non Alc.

Optional Pinch of Sea Salt


In a cocktail shaker, add all ingredients.

Fill the shaker about halfway with ice.

Shake vigorously for 20-30 seconds until the mixture is well chilled and slightly frothy.

Using a strainer, pour the contents of your shaker into your glass.

Don’t forget the foam - garnish with a few coffee beans for presentation!

Enjoy immediately!

1 oz Berry Cherry Tea - 3+Tea Selkirk

1 oz Matcha Cherry Bomb Lemonade - 3+Tea Selkirk

½ oz Raspberry Mule Syrup - Boots & Banter Bar


In a cocktail shaker, add all ingredients.

Fill the shaker about halfway with ice.

Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds until the mixture is well chilled.

Using a strainer, pour the contents of your shaker into a chilled glass.

Garnish with a Cherry for presentation.

Enjoy the bright, refreshing flavor!

Selkirk Slammer

1 oz Amaretto- Noa Non Alc.

2 oz Orange Juice - your choice

1 oz Bora Bora Tea - 3+ Tea Selkirk

½ oz Roasted Orange Simple Syrup - Boots & Banter Bar


In a cocktail shaker, add all ingredients.

Fill the shaker about halfway with ice.

Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds until the mixture is well chilled.

Pour the mixture into the chilled glass over fresh ice.

Garnish with fresh orange slice, and maraschino cherry.

Enjoy the treat!!
