We typically try our best to return anyones call, or inquiry within 24 hours of receiving. As for bar service , our hours of operation are usually wrapped up around 2:00am. We're very flexible to discuss times!
YES! Absolutely, almost all of our cocktails can be made without alcohol, into mocktails. We have kid friendly options available upon request!
At this moment in time, none of our bar packages currently contain any "meals." However we hope to launch a s'mores bar very soon, and other options will be made available later this year.
Boots & Banter does not supply alcohol, the purchase of alcohol is the responsibility of the renter.
Rule of thumb is always the earlier the better! This way we can work closely with our renters to always plan the best event yet! However if the dates available - it's yours!
Absolutely!! We encourage our renters to make suggestions on the menu! Our current menu is built factoring in the items included in our basic mix and garnishes! Almost all of our packages include a speciality cocktail/ or mocktail option which is completely customizable by the renter!
Yes we do! Our mobile bar trailer currently comes with (2) branded whiskey barrels, white milk jugs, greenery and more! We're happy to work with renters to coordinate the setup accordingly!
Our Bar Trailer is apron. 7.5' wide x 8' tall x 13' long. We recommend ensuring enough space to allow a vehicle to transport the trailer to the desired position. Our bar decor typically extends our width to 12' wide.
Depending on where your event is being held, we may require a travel fee of $0.60 per KM, outside of the perimeter highway!
Yes! Our bartenders possess a valid Smart Choices Liquor Certification. As well, they have plenty of years 'behind the bar' or 'in the dining room' of the service industry!
Our Basic Mix includes, Pepsi, Gingerale, 7up, Rootbeer, Diet Pepsi, Orange Juice, Pineapple Juice, Cranberry Juice. Lemonade, Club Soda, Tonic Water, Ginger Beer, Lime Juice, Lemon Juice.
Our Basic Garnish package includes Lemon, & Lime Wedges, Orange Slices, Maraschino Cherries, Simple Syrup, Grenadine, Basil, Mint, Pickles, Bitters, Tabasco, Sugar & Salt Rim.
Yes indeed!! We have collapsable bar carts which can be used indoors, and in tighter spaces!
